Rigatoni con Guancia di Manzo e Maiale – Serves 2 £14.50 / Serves 4 £24
Rigatoni pasta with a ragú of ox cheek, pork mince, red wine and tomato. Finished with grated parmesan
1. Pre heat oven to 180c (fan assisted)
2. Place tray in the oven with lid on for 15mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4)
3. Remove lid and continue to bake for a further 15mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4)

Lasagna Ricotta e Spinaci Serves 2 £12.50 / Serves 4 £21
Baked lasagna with ricotta, spinach, bèchamel and smoked scamorza cheese. Finished with grated gran moravia (v)
1. Pre heat oven to 180c (fan assisted)

Focaccia della Casa – Serves 2 £3.50
Homemade focaccia with rosemary and maldon sea salt (v)
1. Pre heat oven to 180c (fan assisted)
2. Remove lid and bake for 5mins

Tiramisù – Serves 2 £11
Classic tiramisù of coffee, Tia Maria, mascarpone, egg, cream and savoiardi biscuits (v)
