Cooking Instructions

Mezzi Rigatoni alla Bolognese – Serves 2 £14 / Serves 4 £22
Mezzi rigatoni pasta with a bolognese of beef, pork, red wine, tomato and smoked scamorza cheese. Finished with grated parmesan
1. Pre heat oven to 180c (fan assisted)
2. Place tray in the oven with lid on for 15mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4)
3. Remove lid and continue to bake for a further 15mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4)


Cavatappi ai Quattro Formaggi Serves 2 £12 / Serves 4 £20
Cavatappi pasta with peas and a four cheese sauce of dolcelatte, gran moravia, mozzarella and fontina (v)
1. Pre heat oven to 180c (fan assisted)
2. Place tray in the oven with lid on for 15mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4)
3. Remove lid and continue to bake for a further 15mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4)


Focaccia della Casa – Serves 2 £3.50
Homemade focaccia with rosemary and maldon sea salt (v)
1. Pre heat oven to 180c (fan assisted)
2. Place tray in the oven with lid off for 5mins


Sbrisolona alle Fragole – Serves 2 £11
Strawberry sbrisolona cake with sweet vanilla mascarpone and nutella sauce (v)
