Bake at Home Trays

Our bake at home trays serves a purpose for families to enjoy restaurant-quality food within the comforts of their own surroundings. They are a convenient choice, as they are served cold and can be cooked at any time during the weekend. Dishes will change weekly and simple cooking instructions are uploaded to this page on the day of collection. Our dishes go live every Monday at 6pm, and the cut off to order is Thursdays at 7pm.

Bake at home trays for collection on Saturday 27th February between 1-3pm

Lasagna Genovese – Serves 2 £15, Serves 4 £23
Lasagna Genovese with pine nut pesto, basil, potato, béchamel, mozzarella and gran moravia cheese (V)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180C (fan assisted)
 
Place tray in oven with the lid on for 15mins 
Remove lid, place back in oven for 10mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4) 

Risotto alla Salsiccia – Serves 2 £17 Serves 4 £25
Creamy risotto of Italian fennel sausage, pear and gorgonzola with parmesan and mascarpone
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180C (fan assisted)  
Place tray in oven for 5mins (for 2) and 10mins (for 4) 
Heat the stock in the microwave for 1min and stir into the risotto 
Keep the lid on and cook for a further 10mins (for 2) and 15mins (for 4) 
Remove lid, stir in the dairy and place back in the oven for 10mins (for 2) and 15mins (for 4) 
Stir well before serving   

Focaccia Side – Serves 2 £3.50
Fresh rosemary and oregano focaccia (V)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180C 
 
Place tray with lid off in the oven for 5 mins 

Panna Cotta – Serves 2 £10
Chocolate and hazelnut panna cotta (V)
