Cooking Instructions

Mezzi Rigatoni con Prosciutto e Spinaci – Serves 2 £14 / Serves 4 £22
Mezzi rigatoni pasta with prosciutto, minced pork, white wine, spinach and mozzarella. Finished with grated parmesan
1. Pre heat oven to 180c (fan assisted)
2. Place tray in the oven with lid on for 10mins (for 2) and 15mins (for 4)
3. Remove lid and continue to bake for a further 15mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4)


Cavatappi ai 4 Formaggi e Piselli Serves 2 £12 / Serves 4 £20
Cavatappi pasta with dolcelatte, smoked scamorza, gran moravia, mozzarella and peas (v)
1. Pre heat oven to 180c (fan assisted)
2. Place tray in the oven with lid on for 10mins (for 2) and 15mins (for 4)
3. Remove lid and continue to bake for a further 15mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4)


Focaccia della Casa – Serves 2 £3.50
Homemade focaccia with rosemary and maldon sea salt (v)
1. Pre heat oven to 180c (fan assisted)
2. Place tray in the oven with lid off for 5mins


Tiramisù alla Nutella – Serves 2 £11
A twist on the classic… nutella, egg and mascarpone cream layered with savoiardi biscuits and crushed hazelnuts (v)
