Bake at Home Trays

La Storia food, cooked by you at home!

Our bake at home trays serves a purpose for families to enjoy restaurant-quality food within the comforts of their own surroundings. They are a convenient choice, as they are par-cooked, served cold and can be baked at any time during the weekend. Dishes will change weekly and simple cooking instructions are uploaded to this page on the day of collection. Our dishes go live every Monday at 7pm, and the cut off to order is Thursdays at 7pm. Please let us know if you have any allergies.

Cooking Instructions

Rigatoni alla Bolognese – Serves 2 £13, Serves 4 £20
Rigatoni pasta with a pork, beef, red wine and tomato ragú. Finished with parmesan and mozzarella
Allergens: Dairy, Gluten, Celery, Sulphates (wine)
1. Pre heat oven to 180c (fan assisted)
2. Place tray in the oven with lid on for 15mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4)
3. Remove the lid and continue to bake for a further 15mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4)

Paccheri al Pesto di Pistacchi – Serves 2 £12, Serves 4 £18
Paccheri pasta with a pesto of pistacchio, cavolo nero, spinach and pecorino cheese.
Finished with gran moravia (v)
Allergens: Nuts, Dairy, Gluten, Celery, Sulphates (wine)
1. Pre heat oven to 180c (fan assisted)
2. Place tray in the oven with lid on for 15mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4)
3. Remove the lid and continue to bake for a further 15mins (for 2) and 20mins (for 4)

Focaccia della Casa – Serves 2 £3
Rosemary and sea salt focaccia (v)
Allergens: Gluten
1. Pre heat oven to 180c (fan assisted)
2. Place tray in the oven with lid off for 5mins

Tiramisú alla Nutella  – Serves 2 £10
Tiramisú with Nutella, cream, mascarpone, Tia Maria, amaretto and savoiardi biscuits (v)
Allergens: Dairy, Gluten, Nuts, Sulphates (wine)
